Training methodology

My training methodology translates deep intersectional empathy into sustainable institutional practice. I integrate academic research, lived experience and regulatory compliance, by delivering structured, high-impact training built on three core dimensions:

Amplifying Lived Realities 

Bringing the true, overlooked stories of families into the room to build professional empathy and establish an active culture of shared accountability

Structural & Intersectional Diagnostics

All my training begins with an audit of your specific setting to map your pathway's exact demographic needs. I evaluate how distinct lived realities (i.e., race, culture, gender) intersect directly with SEND within your environment.

Triple Perspective Strategy

Frameworks built from three distinct angles: Researcher, SEND Professional, and lived experience as a SEND parent. Tools validated by data, proven in practice.
