2. No Professional Advice via Website Content
All general articles, frameworks, resources, and public text published on this website are provided for informational and educational purposes only. While I hold a PhD in this field and provide highly specialised, professional training, premium 1:1 Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) staff support, customised SEND support plans, curriculum audits/ analysis, and parent advocacy, the general content displayed publicly on this website does not constitute formal, binding professional advice to the reader.
A formal professional consultant-client relationship—and the corresponding professional liability—is strictly established only once a formal, written service contract has been mutually executed by both parties. Website visitors must not rely on general site content to make critical educational, statutory, or funding decisions without securing direct, tailored professional advisory services under contract.
3. Training & Participant Wellbeing (Risk Mitigation)
I am committed to delivering specialised, intersectional SEND training through a lens of deep empathy and trauma-informed practice. I recognise that discussions surrounding race, ethnicity, culture, religion, and identity can occasionally introduce emotional or psychological sensitivities for training participants. To mitigate these risks, all sessions are designed and delivered directly by myself as a highly specialised consultant holding a PhD in this field. I actively manage participant well-being during live sessions by providing clear options for staff, professionals, or family members to discreetly exit the session if required, alongside offering dedicated debriefing support and professional signposting to external well-being resources.
4. Professional Insurances
For the complete peace of mind of the pathways that I support, including schools, universities, local authorities, and parents, I maintain comprehensive Professional Indemnity Insurance and Public Liability Insurance with a reputable UK underwriter. These policies cover all formal, contracted advisory services and training delivery. Proof of cover and policy limits can be provided directly to clients upon request during the formal contract onboarding process.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise stated, I am the owner or the licensee of all intellectual property rights on this website, including all written articles, frameworks, downloadable guides, and graphics. These works are protected by UK and international copyright laws. You may view and download pages for your own personal or internal organisational use, but you must not republish, sell, modify, or reproduce my materials for commercial purposes without my prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by English law, I accept no liability for any loss, damage, or adverse outcomes arising directly or indirectly from your reliance on the general information provided on this website.
