Why does Intersectionality matter?

-Equity in SEND

-Inclusive Practice

- Better outcomes

-Sense of Belonging

-Cultural Pride

What can intersectionality create?

and so much more!

EMPOWERING SEND THROUGH EXPERTISE, LIVED EXPERIENCE AND RESEARCH • EMPOWERING THROUGH EXPERTISE AND INCLUSION • EMPOWERING THROUGH EXPERTISE AND INCLUSION •

SEND Expertise, Experience & Reality

Intersectionality isn't a theory- it is a lived reality. Yet, in Special Education it is too often ignored and overlooked. Research consistently shows that Black, Asian, and minoritised children face steeper barriers and systemic biases in education, health and social care and more.

I connect academic theory, school realities, and family life through expert SEND consultancy and training. I don't just understand the data- I understand the human reality!

My Commitment

I am dedicated to providing specialised educational consultancy that honours the intersectional experiences of individuals with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND). In order for every SEND child and young person to achieve and thrive- their intersectional identities need to be seen, valued and celebrated. My approach is founded in empathy and expert guidance, ensuring that schools, families and other professionals have the resources needed to foster true inclusion and empowerment.
